Instead of freezing in the snow and wind in east glacier, I went out onto the plains (to freeze) to photograph more waterfowl. Here's a shot of a group of snow geese launching right into my lap. . . Sunday, the 30th brought 5 degree temps, and today, the mountains have a fresh 10" of snow and it was about 15 degrees at 7am . .
What little open water there was now is back to ice and all the ducks have moved out for warmer areas. . .
